Meet Sawyer! Sawyer is very adventurous and just likes to have fun. He gets along great with other dogs but is a little too curious around cats. He has the blackest of coats with beautiful very dark brown/red markings. A striking young man with lots of personality and spunk. He is crate trained, house trained, and knows his basic commands. Play time and riding in the car are two of his favorite things to do. Sawyer is a very happy healthy young man and is very human focused even though he is only 1 year old. Very intelligent and enjoys loving on you and you loving on him. You might ask him "Just how big a boy are you?" He will answer "a firm handsome 74lbs and growing.". If you have an active lifestyle and like spending time outdoors then Sawyer may be willing to consider you as his forever home. Sawyer will steal your heart and then give you his. It is going to be one lucky family that takes Sawyer as a family member.
NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
