Hi There, I am Noah! What a proud name for such a sweet, loving, energetic, and intelligent young boy. I am both potty and crate trained. As you know, having all that puppy energy makes me very curious, inquisitive and oh did I mention sometimes mischievous? Because of my intelligence, you can expect me to challenge the limits at times.
I am very smart and am learning the meaning of my obedience commands particularly "OFF" "SIT" "STAY". I will need consistency in my manners training and an owner who will keep me stimulated both mentally and physically. This will require my forever home provide quality time with me so I can grow up to be one fine gentleman. I really want a furever home and companion who is consistent being the pack leader and knowledgeable about the German Shepherd Breed. My companion will be one who is patient having the ability to correct me gently/firmly and give me lots of praise when I do well.
My desire is to be active and involved with my forever home, and be an integral family member. I like to run and stay active and am looking for a companion who can take me everywhere and introduce me to the world.
NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Children should be supervised at all times when they interact with ANY animal, whether it is a horse, dog, cat, bunny, lizard, or any other species. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
The entire biography of this dog is based solely upon our volunteers' experiences with the dog. The dog's age and weight are estimates, and statements about the health, temperament, training, and ability to get along with other animals, children, cats and other dogs, are estimated solely based on our volunteer's experiences with this dog. Your experiences with this dog may be quite different than those of our volunteers.
