Charli is a wonderful dog, she is extremely smart, trainable, athletic, energetic and loves playing with other dogs. She is an active person's dream as she loves going on multiple walks/hikes a day which help to burn up her abundance of energy and keep her calm and happy at home. She has gone through multiple training programs including agility and puppy basics at Every Dog Behavior & Taurus Academy. We adopted Charli from APA in 2023. She is fully housebroken as well as crate trained and knows to sit by the door to be let outside. She is trained on leash as well as off leash as her recall is very good. Her happy place is running around in the backyard or a dog park with a dog pack. She has a tendency to resource guard high value chews as well as her crate so we would recommend her for a family with no children or older children only. If you're seeking a beautiful, smart and energetic pup, Charli will be an incredible companion and member of your pack!

NOTE: In our experience many German Shepherd Dogs are very good with kids. In our bios, we may provide information on our experience with a particular dog and children. However AGSDR discourages ALL unsupervised animal/child interaction. Even loving household pets can have a grumpy day, or otherwise get tired of a child's attention, so proper supervision is essential for the well being of any child and any pet.
