Kate
Katrina is a 1 year old Purebred German Shepherd who was seized by local law enforcement in a nearby town; cruelty charges are pending against the former owner. She was fed 1/4 cup of food and 3 eggshells a DAY her entire life. She also has mange and the secondary skin infection that usually goes with it. Her rear left leg is injured as well, and will require treatment after she gains some much needed weight. In spite of all of this, Katrina is a sweet, loving girl who just wants to be in your lap. She takes food gently from human hands, and even lets people put their hands in her food bowl and mouth.
Can you find it in your heart to help us at Austin German Shepherd Rescue give this girl a second chance at a good life?
